Aviara is located in the southeast quadrant of The City of Calgary, in the residential community of Inglewood.

The single level units are at grade level, while the two storey units have a finished entry at grade level, and the balance of the unit on the second floor. Common to each unit is a living room with fireplace, a dinning area, kitchen, internal laundry, and four-piece main bathroom. Some units provided an additional bathroom.
